Transfer money from my account

Transferring money from your account is quick and easy with our app. Whether you need to send money to a friend or family member or move funds between your own accounts, has you covered. Here are your transfer options:

  1. Internal Transfer: Transfer money instantly between existing users.
  2. ACH Transfer: Initiate a domestic transfer via ACH, which typically takes 1-3 business days to complete.

In some cases, your transfer may fail due to certain limitations or restrictions. These are the possible reasons why the transfer was failed:

  1. If you exceed your transaction limits, the transfer may be declined.

Requesting bank statement

If you need a bank statement for your account, you can easily request one within the app. Here's how:

Navigate to the History tab → Click on the document icon located in the top right corner of the screen → Select the period for which you want to receive the statement → Click on the checkbox to confirm that you agree to receive the statement → Click on the "Continue". Your statement will be sent to your designated email address shortly.

It's important to make sure that your email address is correct, or enter another email where you want to receive the statement.

If you haven't received your statement via email, there may be a few possible reasons:

  1. You provided a Yahoo email: One reason could be if you provided a Yahoo email address, as it is known to have delivery issues. If this is the case, we suggest using a non-Yahoo email address.
  2. You have unsubscribed from our emails: Another reason could be that you have unsubscribed from our emails, which can prevent us from sending your statement. In this case please feel free to contact our support team for assistance. We're always here to help you with any issues you may encounter.
